By accessing the store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use and Terms of Sale, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store or place an order.

You must provide accurate and current information and use the store only for lawful personal or household purchases. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not interfere with store security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the store at unreasonable volume, or use its content or services in violation of law or another person’s rights.

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences. If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund.

Products and quantities are subject to availability. We may limit or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including for inventory, pricing, payment, fraud, legal, or shipping restrictions.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Any discount must be valid at the time of purchase. Shipping charges and applicable taxes shown by the store are presented before order placement.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that are not collected at checkout. Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for those charges.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We accept the order when payment is approved and the order enters fulfillment. If we cannot accept an order, we will cancel it and release or refund the payment as applicable.

Payments are handled by the payment methods available at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charge.

Orders are shipped from China. Processing and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees because customs, carriers, weather, public holidays, and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We can cancel only before fulfillment or shipment has begun. Eligibility and instructions for returns, damaged goods, and refunds are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

The store design, brand assets, text, graphics, and other content owned by Evan Paw are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store for personal shopping but may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission.

The store depends on third-party payment, hosting, and logistics services and may link to external sites. Their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Evan Paw is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products.

These terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their place of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by a court or process with lawful jurisdiction.
